The owner's risk is not zero

Many owners believe they have no risk because they are not writing the construction cheques. That is only half true. The land is the largest contribution in the room.

The best JD meetings are uncomfortable early. The worst ones become uncomfortable after money is already buried in the site.

A proper South Delhi JD protects title, timeline, specification, sale authority, quality, access, penalties, owner allocation, parking, maintenance handover and dispute handling.
